If notes were inaccurate, inappropriate or offensive, email felix@felixray.com. Don't paste meeting content unless we ask for it; the reference lets us trace what happened without seeing your meeting. We aim to respond within one business day.

Privacy requests and complaints

Your council manages access and correction requests for its own records. Contact our privacy officer at felix@felixray.com about how Notetaker handles information. See the privacy policy.

Security incidents

Report suspected security issues to felix@felixray.com with "Security" in the subject.
